The most important task for a Christian is soul winning. There are other things that we also need to be involved with, and often these things limit the time we devote to that most important venture of soul winning. How do we balance this? The book "Join this Chariot" gives you the answer: your primary mission field is your place of activity at work, in school, business, etc.
Learn to see men not as "trees" but as "souls that ought to be saved"!
So be prayerful about opportunities for soul winning at your place of work.
Colossians 4:3 NLT
Isaiah 61:5-6 You shall be named the priests of the Lord; men shall call you the ministers of our God.
Give attention to soul winning, make time for it, create the opportunities, let it be so important to you!
2 Timothy 4:2 AMP: "Herald and preach the Word! Keep your sense of urgency [stand by, be at hand and ready], whether the opportunity seems to be favorable or unfavorable. [Whether it is convenient or inconvenient, whether it is welcome or unwelcome, you as preacher of the Word are to show people in what way their lives are wrong.] And convince them, rebuking and correcting, warning and urging and encouraging them, being unflagging and inexhaustible in patience and teaching".
Do whatever is required in that environment in order to make the gospel advance.
Philippians 2:15
When you enrol in an organization, no matter in what office, category or qualification, have it in mind that above all you are going there to make the Kingdom expand.
