Confessions

I am an active participator in the divine experience. Divinity is at work in me – I’ve got the very life of God in Me. I produce the righteousness of God, even in my body. Much more than enforcing the life and righteousness of God in my body, I bring to bear the Word of God in all my endeavours and in my environment.

Everything that concerns me conforms to the superiority of God’s infallible Word.

My body and all in my world respond to the Word of God, which is the sword of the Spirit.

I know who I am. I am seated together with Christ, far above all principalities and power, and far above every disease and calamity plaguing the world and its system.

Just like the Cedar of Lebanon, I declare that I am deeply rooted in the Word; I am strong, healthy and continually making progress. I am an embodiment of God’s grace and my daily experience is that of the miraculous and God’s infinite love.

Yes! By His stripes I was healed. Yet greater than being healed, I am a new creation, old things of the world have passed away; lack, failure, diseases and death have all passed away. I am an offspring of God, recreated in Christ Jesus. I do not get sick, for I belong to the God-class; because as He is, so I am in this world. Hallelujah!

Emulate Him!

Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children(Ephesians 5:1).
The word "followers" is translated from the Greek "mimētēs" which means "imitators." It’s suggestive of following someone as a pattern, model or an example. It’s akin to going after somebody, following how he does what he does. So, in actual context, it can be rendered, "Be ye therefore imitators of God." It means copy Him, act and talk like Him, because you’re like Him. Someone might ask, "Isn’t that going too far, to say we’re like God?"
