Day 2  (Morning Session)
Rev. Ray Okocha

Man is a spirit. When you see a dead body it shows you that time here on earth is very short. We are passing through, yes, Jesus is coming again, how about the millions that have not heard the gospel.

We praise God for the wisdom he gave to our Man of God, the wisdom to use technology and all available means to communicate the gospel.

In spite of all our efforts, some people have not heard the gospel. There is need for us to use every available means to communicate the gospel to anyone that come on our way.

It is touching to see that somebody has never heard the name Jesus. What do we do with the gospel that has been committed to us?

2 Corinthians 5:11. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.

This is the time, the door is open for everyone to come to Jesus. It's amazing how little people know about the gospel and why Jesus came. It's amazing once you step into eternity... Here we are, God has given us the only hope to humanity. Jesus said i am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes to the father except by me.

There is no other name given among men by which we must be saved. That's why Jesus told us to go into all the world and preach the gospel. He was raised again for our justification so that men will be brought out of darkness into light.

Luke14:21 So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind.

Jesus told us a story of the man that had feast, and in the midst of the feast people came up with excuses. Sometimes people feel too educated and too important for the gospel. We will reach out for them. Some are too busy for God. Everyone is busy and is like 24hrs is not enough for the day.

Luke14:22 And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room.14:23 And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.

We Don't only preach the gospel in a free place but also in a place that is restricted. Restriction Is not an excuse for not preaching the gospel.

Thank God for technology and TV; with our man of God preaching the gospel; It is you also that is preaching the gospel when you partner with him. It is our responsibility to compel them. We can bring them in, compel them. Is like forcing them to do it.

Joel 3:13-14 Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great. 14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.

Lift up your eyes and see that people are ready, throw in the sickle. I preach the gospel and say to them: say after me... I lead them to prayer of salvation. That's my responsibility, my duty to preach the gospel. Paul said woe unto me if i don't preach the gospel.

The body is a cloth we put on here on earth but we are spirit being. Every non Christian that dies goes into darkness. We haven't taken the time to share this glorious gospel to them, our neighbors, our colleagues in the office. There are many out there in the world that have not heard the gospel.

Don't be ashamed of the gospel we are crazy about Jesus. He is coming back again. We need to preach the gospel everywhere. Don't give them options.

2 Corinthians 6:1 We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain. 6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)

We are compelled to preach the gospel because we are workers together with God. The gospel is like fire shut up in my bone. We are workers together with him.

How would you like to hear that somebody you know died and the Holy Spirit had put the burden in your heart to preach the gospel [to the person]. Don't let that happen.

God is not telling you to go far, but start from where you are. We can take some time out to share the gospel. There is eternity but many don't think about it. You better get ready for it, it is going to come.

At home, at school, there are people to preach the gospel to. Once we believe and proclaim the lordship of Jesus, we have passed from death to life. The world belongs to us but this is not our home. I am not going alone, i will go with people.

If you don't feel the fire to preach the gospel, take time to pray. You don't need to rest, take the gospel beyond where it has not been heard. Asia minor heard the gospel at the space of 2 years because someone went.

Look at your city, how many people have heard the gospel. 7 billion people in the world, many are yet to be reached. May God kindle that fire in you so that you will not rest until you preach the gospel. As we share the message of the gospel, the lord of the harvest will perfect it.
